Our signature Skull Cave Whiskey BBQ sauce tops this burger served with sautéed mush- rooms, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Shipwreck Burger
Our 1/2 pound burger topped with pulled pork, shaved ham, sliced pickles, swiss cheese, and topped with our house mustard.
- Quinoa Burger
A veggie burger blend of red and yellow beets, hummus, quinoa, kale, roasted pineapple, and ginger. Served with lettuce, tomato, and onion. (Vegan pretzel roll available for $1.00)

Choice of: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ale Battered Whitefish, or Grilled Chicken. Three flour tortillas, blend of Mexican cheeses, creamy coleslaw, and Pico de Gallo.
- Braised Beef Brisket
Juicy braised beef brisket, muenster cheese, horseradish sauce, topped with a fried onion haystack, and served on a brioche bun.
- Snapper Fried Chicken Sandwich
Super crispy and SPICY chicken breast, crunchy coleslaw, bread and butter pickles, garlic aioli, and fried jalapeno straws. Served on a split-top roll.
- Chicken Club Sandwich
Chargrilled chicken breast, slice Avocado, bacon strips, swiss cheese, house-made ranch, lettuce, tomato on a split-top roll.
- Great Turtle Reuben
Golden flash fried whitefish filets with swiss cheese, coleslaw, Thousand Island dressing. Served on a rye bun.
Dinner entrées are available after 4:00 p.m. All entrées are served with a side salad and bread.
