    Trio of House Beer Cheese Dips. Horseradish Ale, Hoban Street Stout Cheddar, Boursin Style Pale Ale, served with crostinis.

  • Local Smoked Whitefish Dip
    Whipped blend of smoked whitefish, capers, and red onions. Accompanied with house-made crostini.

    Flash fried with diced bacon, shaved parmesan, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

    Golden fried rings and tentacles, served with plum sauce and accompanied with carrots, cucumber and seaweed salad.

  • Queso Fundido
    Translates to Broiled Molten Cheese.  A blend of Mexican cheese, peppers, and onions. Served with house-made tortilla chips.

  • Michigan Cherry Chicken Cobb

    Grilled chicken, chopped bacon, diced tomato, sliced egg, crumbled blue cheese, Traverse City dried cherries, on a bed of mixed greens. Served with House Blue Cheese Dressing.

  • Classic Caesar Salad

    Broken romaine, shaved parmesan cheese, herbed croutons, served with a creamy Caesar Dressing.

  • Garden House Salad

    Bed of mixed greens, tomato wedges, sliced cucumbers, shaved carrots, red onion, herbed croutons, blended cheese with your choice of dressing.

  • Antipasto Chopped Salad

    Blend of field greens, genoa salami, pancetta, artichokes, pepperoncini, red onion, kalamata olives, red peppers, diced tomato, feta crumbles with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Signature Burgers

  • All burgers are 1/2 pound and made with our signature brisket and chuck blend on an ancient grain roll. Served with crunchy kettle chips. Substitute French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, or onion rings for an additional charge.

  • Great Turtle Burger

    Grilled to perfection, this burger is served with lettuce, tomato, and onion.  Choice of Cheddar, Swiss, Muenster, Blue Cheese, or American cheese.

  • Black & Blue Burger

    Seared with blackened seasoning, then we add melted blue cheese crumbles, caramelized on- ions, lettuce, and tomato.

  • Skull Cave Whiskey BBQ Burger

    Our signature Skull Cave Whiskey BBQ sauce tops this burger served with sautéed mushrooms, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

  • Roasted Beet Chickpea Burger

    A veggie burger blend of red and yellow beets, hummus, quinoa, kale, roasted pineapple, and ginger. Served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a vegan pretzel roll.

    Chargrilled chicken breast, sliced Avocado, bacon, swiss cheese, house-made ranch, lettuce, tomato on a split-top roll.

    Plump tomato, fresh shredded mozzarella, fresh basil with a Balsamic Glaze.

    Flat Iron Steak with Skull Cave Whiskey Mushroom Cream sauce, grilled the way you like it.  Served with French fries or mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

  • Peached Bourbon BBQ Ribs

    Fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs, slathered in Peached bourbon BBQ glaze.  Served with baked beans, corn muffin, and choice of French fries or mashed potatoes.  Full or Half Slab.

  • Fish of the Great Lakes

    Lightly dusted and deep fried or broiled. Your choice of French fries or mashed potatoes, and vegetable of the day.

Our Spirits

Craving the latest craft cocktail? Our mixologists make it better with our signature spirits.  All of our spirits are distilled locally by Les Cheneaux Distillers in Cedarville using the water from the Straits that separate our two communities.

  • Bike Basket Gin
    96 Proof – Gluten Free.

    Hints of floral and citrus notes with a natural finish. Made in small batches with the pure water of the Straits of Mackinac.

  • Pedal 8.2 Vodka
    81 Proof – Gluten Free – GMO Free – Allergen Free.

    Corn-based vodka with a fresh aroma. Distilled in copper pots with water from the Straits of Mackinac.

  • Skull Cave Whiskey
    81 Proof –

    Our whiskey starts the first five years of its life in Kentucky and is proofed by Les Cheneaux Distillers in Cedarville, MI using the natural waters of the Straits of Mackinac.  It has a smooth nose and flavor.
